How to “Run for Free” & Support Our Organisation?
Blackmores Sydney Running Festival provides a “Free-Entry Opportunity” to all runners. Such opportunity becomes available to runners who organise a fundraising initiative and raise a minimum of $500 for an official charity partner to BSRF, such as Australian Relief Organisation.
Table below illustrates courses, distances, start times and registration (ticket) costs to the 2017 BSRF event:
Assume you wish to run 21 kms on the day. Normally, your registration (ticket) to the event would cost $105. However, if you organise a fundraising activity and ask your family, friends and colleagues to support your participation; you will have the cost of your ticket rebated to you once you raise $500. By doing so, you will not only run for free but also make a great difference by supporting Australian Relief Organisation.
For your free-entry opportunity, initiate a fundraise campaign for our organisation. Simply visit our dedicated fundraising page and select “Fundraise” button on top right corner: ARO Fundraising Page – BSRF 2017 Official Charity Partner
You can fundraise as an individual or join and start a team in your effort. Alternatively, you can also support our organisation by donating via “Give Now” button on top right corner of the same page.
Fundraising activity for our organisation has already started. Our special thanks go to all interested participants / families / teams / schools / sport clubs / youth or uni groups for their support towards reaching our $35,000 fundraising target.
